Think i mentioned yesterday, the return of the Bomber!

Disagree a good option IMO Paul...Same happened at Wire when Tony Smith went is as DOR and they kept Lowe (nice way of doing things)....Agar is worth keeping as 2nd man, the DOR like Wire will be running the show.

Plus it saves paying out any compo, it makes sense.

Unless the DOR that is coming in has been given the task of assessing the problems and pinpointing the areas of failure etc so Pearson and Co can sit down with Agar and say thank you for your efforts but for these reasons you're OUT!!! Rather than just saying you're out without any quantified reasons from a man who admits he doesnt know much about the game.

I fecking hope so anyway as Pearson is playing a type of russian roulette if keeping Agar on next season as the season ticket sales will be much the same or plummet severely. Either he is not as savy as we are lead to believe, he has misjudged the ill feeling of the fans regarding Agar as Head Coach or this is his way of moving Agar out in a professional manner????

Couldn't disagree more. If we are to make changes and look at taking the club forward Agar has to go altogether. He has been at the club too long and hasnt got a great pedigree as assistant here either has he as the 2 coaches he was assistant to got the bullet and we have slowly gone on the decline on the pitch in the most part.

The lot have to go! We need a fresh start - end of!

I honestly think it's an appauling idea. How many years as he been here as a no.1 & 2, we need a change, a complete change. This would make me lose faith in AP straight away and would not renew my pass.

Even more so if it's Bomber, it just smacks of failure, Bomber and Agar, jesus!

No no no, all the coaching staff need to go, Agar being the 1st on that list, what makes you think he could work with a DOR? he saw off Sharp and Dennis, nope a clean sweep is whats needed, if hes here in any shape or form next season, thats me done!

No, no, no - I want Agar out of the club completely, ASAP. I really cannot take any more of him. As for compensation, Pearson has the money, in fact the supporters would do a whip round.

I only hope that Pearson is spending the next four to six weeks researching potential replacements and getting advice from the likes of Moran and Leneghan before agreeing on a settlement with Agar.

As most of us believe Agar was the cheap option, surely it woudn't cost much to pay him off?

People may well want Agar out and so do I......however the proof is in the pudding the DOR idea has worked for Wire. Tony Smith was brought in as DOR whilst Lowe took a back seat, 2 Challenge Cups and top flight rugby followed.

Rumour has it that pearson is just fronting for allam and they're about to give agar a golden handcuffs deal and a contract for life. They believe this will drive away all of our fans and he can do what he likes with teh KC

I heard the Bomber/Agar cobination over the weekend, and my feeling were the same as yours, if AP thinks that is acceptable then he isn't the man I thought he was.

Wonder if we'll see the Hull Kingston Stalkers in the stands of the ANZ for his first game. Lot further than featherstone like but it wouldn't surprise me.

Seriously though, it's a shocking idea. You compare it with Wire but Lowes hadn't already been hanging around like a bad smell for the best part of seven years. Agar represents a completely failed regime and culture, him and his staff have to be completely removed from the club in order for us to have renewed hope.

I'm fairly confident though that Pearson isn't stupid enough to not realise this.

I expected Pearson to bring in an experienced Rugby League person as DOR or some other advisory role pretty much straight away to give him an impartial view of how the club was ran from a rugby point of view. Whether this role would be permanent of just temporary I am not sure.

Either way it is an indicator that Pearson isnt just allowing the current set up to carry on as if its business as usual.

My worry is that Agar uses his hypnotic powers on the new DOR as he seemed to do with the last BODs and if he is immune they'll end up like Sharp and moore never to be seen again.The more I think about it I believe Agar is some sort of vampire who lives by sucking the life blood from from our club.

Fook me I need to get out more.

won't lose any sleep over it. Not a bad player but they are bottom of the league for a reason.

Bomber knows anything and everything, hes worked on both sides of player contracts etc etc and has a lot of contacts in the game.

He knows Pearson and vice versa and more important is he is well known by 'ex sponsors'
