As I said above, the BOD are not actively looking for buyers. I do however know that they are willing to consider offers if any come along. You're right about the return they are looking for also, which makes a sale very unlikely but not impossible. |

Seems odd that they don't want to listen to a fair price unless they're either getting a good return on their investment or are genuinely wanting to be involved in the club. |

Think there are degrees of "up for sale". Maybe Kosh means the directors (or some of them) would be open to good offers, as opposed to touting openly for a buyer? I've no idea either way. |
