We've finished 6th in the league which I believe is a very fair reflection on our season. My worry is that the clubs above already boast better squads then we do and they are adding the likes of:
Josh Perry
Brett Hodgson
Michael Shenton
Brett Finch
Jeff Lima
Ryan Hofman
Louie Mcaryhy Scarsbrook
For us to stay in touching distance of these clubs will require some impressive recruitment on out part and I just don't feel that will happen.

TBF I think we've actually done very well to finish 6th given that our first choice halfbacks have played together about 5 times this season. Increase that to say half the season and I reckon you're looking at 4th place at least.
As for next year I'll be reasonably happy with the same again, we don't have the places available to make the massive changes in key positions I think we need. That chance comes during next season as we have a lot of people ooc. |
