I agree with most of what has been said with regard to the team & Richard Agar. I unfortunately missed Mrs. B's staring role on the radio ecause I still too annoyed & disappointed after Sunday, to listen.
All I want to say & I know that I am repeating myself, but, I do not think that the head coach should be given any more time. A decision on his future should be made now not 6-10 games into the season. The reason for this is, if it is done then rather than now, the season will be possibly be over for us supporters.
This is not a knee-jerk reaction. Nothing seems to have changed much since last season.

I don't know the details of Wakey's quota and non-fed lists so I can't say. Basically there are two categories an overseas player can take up a spot in: Quota (no EU passport or equivalent) and Non-Fed (not trained in the UK game prior to turning 21). Each 'list' has 5 spots and a player can take up a spot in one or both depending on his exact circumstances. So a 'full-blown' Aussie or NZ player would be both Quota and Non-Fed, a player with an EU passport trained outside the UK would just be Non-Fed, and a player with no EU passport who trained here would be just Quota.

What complicates things is that there was an exception to the Non-Fed rule passed to avoid potential legal action. It states that any player who was here prior to the rules being introduced in 2008 counts as Fed Trained regardless of where he actually trained. Obst falls under this exemption so he only goes on our Quota and not on our Non-Fed list. Similarly Wakey now have an extra Quota spot but not an extra Non-Fed spot.

Nice comments on the show Mrs B and I think you represent alot of the fans that are quickly running out of patience. Like you, most fans were willing to give Agar a chance and I dont like to see coaches leave mid-season but I'm totally fed up with it aswell. The backing of Agar by the board just seems really strange to me and totally out of character. I cant help but feel a more experienced coach would be asking for things that the board dont really want to pay for so they are happy to stick with Agar and keep it cheap.
