Said it before season started Agar would be replaced by Sharpe 6 games in. You won first 5 so its been put back a bit.
My question is this, is he in charge of selection and tactics? if so he needs to go now. However, how can you concentrate with a director of football behind you? He must be always looking over his shoulder.
Morgan has carte blanche at Rovers, the directors trust him implicably. He picks the team and the tactics.
Todays game was close because we played pretty poorly as opposed to other games. If we had exicuted properly we would have been 24/30 points up at halftime.
Agar said he couldnt fault the effort, Morgan might say that then still say we played poorly and highlight it. Effort doesnt win you games.

things havent been right for a while but winning 5 games in a row things seemed to be on the up, HOWEVER at the minute coaches etc are being seen for what they are,useless

Not really. If Hull had executed properly they would have won. There was very little between the sides today overall. 3 tries each. Rovers had the best of the first half and Hull the best of the second. Agar also said errors cost Hull and he's right. Hull were poor today and lost on goal kicks. Don't overstate Rovers' abilities. They struggled to beat a poor side today.

Agar/Sharp = potayto/potahto

No point in replacing one with the other, or both with someone else in that bracket. The next coach needs to be someone in the McLennan/Kearney/Hasler class, otherwise we're just throwing good money after bad paying off coaches and hiring new ones in the same season.

I cant understand it, Agar and Sharp have vast knowledge between them and so have all our coaches had since McRae left,
there has always been a decent playing squad available even after injuries during these times,
the problems must lie deeper.

What got me today was Webster was limping for 60 odd minutes and Dobson was that side as well...these 2 cant tackle a salad and we have Manu,Yeaman and Briscoe on that side.....did we utilise the advantage...once and that was it....Agar = CLUELESS.

Agree about Webster he was struggling on one leg for quite some time (I thought I was the only one who saw it) yet we did nothing to put him under pressure. I felt like getting out of my seat and going over to Hull's bench to point it out.

Isn't it also the responsibility of the players to notice and do something about it? If I was playing opposite someone and they were hobbling on one leg, I might take it upon myself to either target them in attack or mention it to my team mates.

Thats one way to look at it. Or you could say that Rovers threw everything at us for 60 mins should have been well clear but failed to capitalise. They then had to hold on for 20. Totally out on their feet and yet we did not have the desire, intelligence , gulie etc etc to win it. That was two points dropped as we should have finished them off when they were on the ropes in the final quarter.

I like every-one is really gutted after today but the game is 80 mins long and in the last 10 of those the players made so many errors it was amazing - Rovers were out on there feet and were there for the taking but who is out there to contol - I hate to ADMIT but Lee Radford should not be the captain he does not lead at all and if any-one disagrees tell me how many games we have won while he has been incumbent. If we change the coach at this stage I am sure that you will all have your ideas and dreams but there is only one man for me who could be enticed and that would be Shaun Mcrae - we had some great games under him. By the way I do not advocate the sacking of Richard Agar look were we are in the League and see who is below us. We are all p... off at the moment but things will get better (Ihope)
