My point is that the article on the HDM site and what Smailes is saying on Twitter don't add up.

In the online article AP is clearly quoted as saying that 6 signings are already sorted and 2 players are still in negotiations. That doesn't line up with 6 total no matter how you look at it.

For Orr? Would be a huge improve for them. Burrow and Chase, the leagues fastest half back combo!

Thats why were getting rid of them and thats probably we haven't pushed on as a side.

@ Tinkerman im not moaning, im just edging on the side of caution because apart from two good performances against a poor HKR and a poor Leeds we havent done anything this season, have still caved under the slightest bit of pressure, continually give away soft penalties infact at times youd actually think Agar was still in charge. Yes some of this in undoudtably down to the players but a new coach and all that he has at his diposal has failed to change this team so i have my doubts that with a different set of players things will be any different

Actually the fact that so many of the same faults remain given a change of coach and better facilities should point the finger pretty clearly at it being down to the players. Which means that you should have [ifewer[/i doubts that new players will make the difference we're looking for.

Hopefully but i would of hoped for more from this years side

Bateman is Bulls best player but will go to Wire, he'll be a star that lad.

If we weren't already we should be looking at Whitehead and Kopzack. Whithead rumoured to be going to Leeds and Burgess to NRL. Lulia is a very good player who I would also take.

Now that Bulls have gone tits up we should be picking at the carcass. Looking into Bateman, Whitehead, Kopzcack, Burgess, Lulia, etc.

Having read it again I'm pretty sure it is 6 in total. Ellis and Arundel, plus two already signed (Crookes + Forward?) plus two big names that they are confident of getting but not confirmed (Paea + Half Back?).

That's what Smailes said to me earlier, he did say another 1/2 come be added to that too.

Yeah, but as they're in administration they need to find money from somewhere, and clubs like ourselves, Warrington, Leeds, etc, will be able to put in offers for their best players which will be unlikely to be turned down.
