So why didn't they sell Dobson to Salford instead of letting him go back to NRL? or is there a fee involved in that? Plus if its supposedly true that rovers turned down money from us for Dobson and/or Scott Taylor why would they change their mind for Burns?

Agree, he's playing well but would be silly to spend that sum on him.

Dobson had a NRL release clause, which he exercised - we couldn't sell him to Salford if he wanted to go home, even if we did want to cash in.
Can't see us selling Burns unless somebody offers silly money though - just somebody casting a line.

£999,000 would be too much I agree but £100,000 on kirkmond would be money well spent.

Miller has a running game waiting to come out. I've seen enough of him to suggest that already. When we(if ever become more fluent) as a team n has an organizer ie holdsworth next to him he'll be able to use it.

Kirmond would be a great signing. A total professional with an outstanding attitude. Would have him over Westerman any day.

With the money outgoing this year (Tickle, Omeley, Galea and Briscoe) I'd expect us to have a hell of a lot of cash to play with to sign 2 more quality players.

I expect another big prop and a descent 2nd rower. Think Gentle will stick with Crookes on the wing.

AP, SMc and PG wouldn't be doing a very good job if they didn't try and tempt every decent player available to Hull FC. Lets hope this is one of them and he wants to come to Hull.
