It is, but you can only get so much out of a player with coaching. Eventually, they will achieve their potential and some still won't be good enough for a tilt at the top spot.



Our youngsters should of course be given time. But how much more time does, say, Mike Burnett need before it becomes blindingly obvious that he's not going to be a top end of SL forward? Should we also give Tony Martin more time? He's done well for us this season, but he's not going to suddenly get a lot better at 34 years of age.

I think most players would know who was leaving, as they are a tight bunch. But unless they are good mates with new signings and have been told that way, then i doubt they would know who was coming

if certain players have decided they want to go home now or end of the season there is no money that the club can offer that will change their minds, the same with briscoe if wants to go to the nrl nothing FC can do
