Cusack is twice the player King is nowadays. He's also significantly better than Dowes.

Personally I'd have let Dowes go when his contract was up last time around and gone for an English impact prop. And I'd have released King years ago and replaced him with someone decent.

No chance. King performed when fit. he was injured most of the season. I like Cusack. But would rather have Moa.

As for Dowes, he does the job every side needs. Would keep dowes IMO

Umm what? I'm not cusacks biggest fan, but I see the benefit of having him. He has great defence, tries to get a quick ptb, and is the sort of player that allows the impact props, ie Moa, Lauaki (don't start the sr argument) to do their thing.

I'd challenge anyone here to make the same amount of drives and tackles in a match as Cusack then tell me he doesn't try for the team. The only time this season our pack looked half decent and hungry was when Cusack was in it.

This the same Paul King who decides to only have a decent game once his contracts are nearing an end. Give me a break, Kingy goes missing for threequarters of his contract and when he does try all he does is try and tackle with his shoulder but failing miserably every time.

King is Championship level.

Cusack is a decent dependable prop but a waste of a quota space.

Sam Moa has done everything and more to get a new contract and yet our circus of a club has totally taken the pi$$ out of him.

Anyone would think we are talking about a world beater here, it's Sam Moa. Yes he's a fans fans favourite and he had a few good games but lets not go overboard. Personally I hope he stays but if not it's no real loss.
