He wont be in charge next season. Pearson will have seen the decline in attendances as well as our appalling record in must win games under Agar. If he chooses to give Agar more time he knows he will lose a lot of season pass holders.

well apparently noble gave the biggest nudge to pearson at half time when he was asked about coaching another SL team, stating he'd love to get back into coaching again soon!

If Mr Pearson is the smart business man that many on this site state he is, then with what the supporters have had to put up with over the past few seasons and no likelihood of improvement, then I would not expect the Richard Agar to be here for much longer.

Pearson has said Agar is his man, to avoid himself looking stupid Pearson will wait till the end of the season to then say along the lines of "what I've seen has made me think we could do with a fresh change at coaching level" then he will get rid of Agar.
