I spoke to the club via e mail and telephone and anyone who wants to upgrade their pass for the xmas special ie shirt/ name number printing can do as long as they take in the original receipt of the pass and they will only charge you £39.
Already done this with my grandaughters pass plus they took her name and address for the Xmas card.
so ring the club and upgrade!

Service is pants compared to what it was a couple of years ago. When I renewed my passes it felt like I was being a hindrance to them. Were it any other retail establishment I'd have walked out but obviously they have a captive audience but I've not been back since and will only buy my lad a shirt this year and won't buy anything else |

I had to buy mine over the phone because I live out of town. I have to say the service I received was pretty good. Maybe you should move house. |

There are always those who do not renew but other new fans will join and they will not be in a rush to buy until they have the money in place.
