Less of a goldfish bowl? Not as much pressure on his young shoulders? Wakefield playing style less regimentally restrictive than ours was last season?
Even Brett was on the scoresheet for Whitehaven today.
Best of luck to the pair of them.

It's the way the cookie crumbles.
I saw potential along with others but you've also gotta understand Radders was under pressure from the get-go and I definitely understood why he went for more experience. (Horne/Azza).
I actually think Seymour was treated far more shabbily by Gentle (and AP). He was scapegoated after our first game of that particular season at Headingley when we lost in Ellis in warm up.

| Think we signed miller too soon, not experienced enough and no experienced halfback partner to help him out, no offence to horne but he was injured quite a bit while Jacob was here.
Would love to have seen how miller and pryce would have gone but more than happy with sneyd and pryce

I think that's a very fair comment. The fanfare and emphasis/importance pinned on him won't have helped, either. Playing second fiddle to an established organiser could do him the world of good at Wakefield.
Miller may yet develop into a good player, but I think we were at the stage where we couldn't wait long enough for it to happen with the sort of money he was apparently on.

| If Miller had a decent kicking game I think that alone would have been enough for us to keep him. He'll do OK in a side with Tim Smith running the plays.

Hull FCÂ remain hopeful Jordan Rankin will sign a new contract at the club despite the player's desire to return to Australia.
Rankin was quoted in an Australian newspaper last week where he expressed his wish to find a deal with an NRL side which would allow him to return home.

If he ultimately wants to return to the NRL but has no offers then I think Hull's suggestion of a one year extension is a good idea.

Hi Berros Best Mate,
May I be the first to congratulate you on correctly warning FC fans.
Rather like a top weather forecaster or an economics expert providing the economic outlook for the next year, the warnings you provide are invaluable.
The realisation of this prediction was felt throughout the 'FC Can Do Nowt Wrong Brigade' (FCCDNWB), causing infighting & internal political jousting, which eventually led to the brigade being officially dispanded around a year ago.
There have been reports that some former members of the brigade continue to operate 'underground' under the leadership of Wilf, who himself writes FCCDNWB doctrines under the guise of a publically available paperback.
Keep up the good work.

It's not been disbanded, I take the minutes of our regular meetings in Chico Jackson's shed where we drink Cinzano (Bianco, never Rosso) and sit on massively overstuffed cushions shaped like Joel Clinton's Moobs. After an opening prayer to Sir Adam we review match videos which I pause on Minichiello's thighs then get Callum Lancaster and Jack Logan in for a hair-off. Not waxing, a length measuring contest. Being an accountant I'm in charge of the tape measure. I then report the postcount to margin of victory correlation coefficient for the previous week of my favourite Royston Vasey member (it's almost one), and we close with round of "to see the FC aces" before retiring to Mr J's garage in relative luxury with a pint of Guinness and bag of liquorice and mint imperials to play a version of monopoly I made myself. Places have been renamed with players. Thompson, Michaels and Cunningham are all in the orange sector and quite cheap.
Congratulations on your new job. You'll need luck in reviving it. Charging 360

Unlikely with their "honest hunger" mantra. Titans might put an offer Jordan's way if they're down on numbers?
