I have no idea where he is going its the best kept secret around at present, but I do know two people who do know where he is heading and they have both said uncatagoricaly that it isn't Cas.

The key with Biggs is as you say that he is a free agent by March/April. We might have to wait for him a bit but Bath have to get him to sign a contract to keep him there just like we do to get him here.

If he is coming I would expect us to negotiate a small fee to get an early release from the last few months of his contract

Thing with Biggs is that he will be classed as a "New Talent pool" player so in relation to the salary cap his wages for the first year are zero and 50% for the second year.
Each club are allowed 2 such players in an effort to attract other sportsmen but more specifically RU players into Rugby League.
Given he will have zero impact on you salary cap spending then he will be a very worthwhile addition.

New talent pool only applies to players aged between 19 and 23.
