This is where agar's ineptitude with regard to the junior members of the squad is hitting us, if the young bloods had been given a chance last season & beyond they would have had game time under their belts by now ala Saints & their young uns. Whilst the younf uns will give all they've got there's nothing quite like having top echelon game time under your belt...

To be fair,if the young guns put in a performance thats all we can ask for.It won`t do them any harm playing against a quality side.
As for P.G. I am sure he can motivate the players more than his nibs previous.

I just we give them the best we've got and put the effort in.

I also hope that the small minority of morons stay at home, or learn to appreciate that our young side is going to struggle against the top sides until we get some players back. Against Hudds there was the usual idiots muttering things like 'same old rubbish' and walking out early.

I bet Adam Pearson can't believe his luck, he switches games to 'sunny' Sunday afternoons and so far we've had snow, sleat, frost, rain, last week it was a bizarre combo of hail and sunshine, today rain again...

A better organised fixture list would help too. I know the derby was switched but today is our seventh home league game from thirteen and it's not even May yet.

It's the fifth in seven weeks but then we only have four before mid August.

I think this could partly be the clubs doing though, we always ask for a break in June/July for the pitch to be worked on.

Nothing boosts a youngsters morale like giving him a good booing.

Poor start, but sounds like they've weathered the storm for now.
