Turner has shedloads of improvement left in him and could end up as a top 2nd rower IMO. Disappointed he's leaving but the brother is usually spot on with his info

Looks a outstanding prospect and looks better everytime i see him in the u-20s.Definately 1 for the long-term future and will make the step up to 1st team like Bowden,Kent and Green have done.

I disagree with that. Turner's problem is not that he can't tackle, far from from it, he's a strong lad who can bring down players bigger than him. His problem is that he sometimes makes poor decisions which result in him not being in a suitable position to make the tackle. IMO this would be less of a problem in the 2nd row than at centre because he'd be less isolated.

Not that I know of. Just comparing Turner to one of the top rated centres in the comp and his stats match them, if not beat them.

As a winger in his pomp, undoubtedly, but I'm not convinced he's a top centre, and Saints supposedly letting him go suggests they're not blown away either.

As a side Saints have been poor, for them, this could be a factor.

He definitely has improved. I've been heavily critical of him and I still have some reservations, but I'm big enough and more than happy to give him deserved credit for playing well recently. On the confidence point, in a way that will be the acid test IMO. ATM he seems full of beans and is playing well, the next thing we need to see is how he reacts to a wobble in form.

I'll be disapointed to see Turner leave having seen his progress under Gentle, but if Brothers comments are correct it means PG, Adam and Bomber have someone pencilled in at Centre who is surely part of Adams comments re. other top line players coming in. So who knows we may then have 2 international Centres for next season.
Adam has already made a statement of intent. We have to trust the judgement of what these 3 are building here.
They are committed to building a better team, I believe they will and all the "will he, should he" comments are interesting fan speculation along the way, but ultimately we will end up with much stronger squad than we have now. Perhaps with some ruthless decisions on who has to go. We will not become trophy winners by staying with the same playing rosta.

If turner is going then im worried about the lack of pace we have in the side. It showed yesterday when hudds made them breaks. Briscoe had a chance in the 1st half to go down the wing but he came in field.

Still I decided on turner player well so far this season, will be interesting to see how he goes in the next two games if he pays, I think he will be on decent money ad was one of salfords top players when we signed him and they offered him a deal to stay.

At least we look to have a replacement signed who has a lot of potential.

Not just about this season though.He has been found out in defence since he joined us tbh.Writing was on the wall for Turner when we signed Martin and he played over him.Turner is playing well i grant you but when he plays against better centres than Wellham and Shenton,he is found wanting.If we need to progress as a club then better players are needed than Turner and a few others i may add.
