Okee, Childs has a witness to what (allegedly) happened (in the form of the Match Comissioner & others), therefore denying anything out of order was said is not exactly a credible defense if things only half as bad as those rumoroed to have gone on actually occoured, hearsay in a court of law or not (and tbh I have my doubts that an RFL tribunal has the same status as a court of law). |
