Hes a clubman and a great one to have around. Hes always done his best for this club and a few of you should start remembering before they start dissing him on the basis that hes going to be one of our first choice half backs next season. He'll be back up but a great one to have around imo

All fair points, but a 1 year deal is what we should be offering, I doubt he has other offers.

Maybe its one more year then a year player/coaching. Who could argue with that?

!! The official line has always been he and the Club are waiting till later in the year before anything is decided.

He has been a fantastic servant to the club and nobody should forget that but there comes a time when you have to move on and either bring in a better quality replacement or promote a youngster like tyson wilson. Only my opinion but I think that time is now.

He ain't going to grt any better or faster and isn't the thinking type that grows with the years. And why on earth would we want him on the coaching staff? He's been absolutely unable to get us around the field and shown no leadership/management qualities at all. Just another grafter and whole hearted player (that was brilliant iworking with Cooke) from Hull.

Personally I wouldn't renew, but I can see the arguments for a one year deal, possibly combined with a coaching role, but not two years.

Yep its a funny old place this when something is rubbish and people take the time to find out and tell you its rubbish, its amazing how some people take that as said when its good news, but when its bad news they still want to believe its true and hang onto it, its almost as if they want Hull FC to fail.

Some have, even up to yesterday, and plenty on here in the past, categorically stated that they want us beat in specific games if it means the head coach loses his job.
