We hardly had an Agar out chant in nearly 4 years, does anyone believe he'd have got abuse? He's gone now, everybody's happy and most on here are wishing him well. I just thought it lacked a bit of class to not show his face at all.

He shouldn't have had a choice, he is still a part of the club. Plus he would have earned a lot of respect from the fans for a final goodbye IMO.

Why would Long be paid off? if he wanted to start at Salford prior to the end of his FC contract I'd see no reason why FC should pay him for the privledge of him quiting his contract early.

I meant Long, did we pay him off once the extent of his injury was known? Otherwise he should have been there.

I would have clapped agar, he should have walked round. I know we all wanted rid, but by the end, I think mainly genuine fans that no whats going on were there. Maybe he wanted Fitz to take the main stage and fair play. WOuld have liked tosee him come and applaud the fans, even though I guess it would have been a strange thing to have done in some respects.

Long was at the club for 2 years paid a lot of money so the least he could of done is turned up. Personally I couldn't give a toss but I agree with those who are not happy about it.

Gleeson would have being at the Wigan game I expect, hoping FC would do Wigan a favour, hopefully he had a good night, though not the right result, he does need cheering up because he has such a hard life.
