I think clubs should get together & offer discounts for pass holders to away games.

how about a bigger % offered to the clubs that bring more away fans on a sliding scale and some of that being added onto a loyalty scheme account for a reduction in a supporters season pass?
that way everyone is a winner, home team gets more punters through the door, away club get a slightly better % of the sales passing most of that onto the loyal travelling fans who get money off their season pass (over & above any normal discounts) for showing their loyalty in supporting their team away from home.
of course if you are selling season passes at 12s 6d (such as Bradford and Hudds have done recently) then you may well end up paying the fans to attend the home fixtures

We bought our tickets on thursday- according to FC that doesn't qualify as in advance so had to pay full price! Me and my other half were charged £25 each my 74 yr old mum was charged £19 (now that really is disgusting!) and the kids are £15 each. £5 for parking so that's £104 the five of us handed over. That's before considering any food/drink and petrol!
A day out is costing between £150 and £200!

Never in a million years is that 200 fans. Thats the difference with both Hull clubs. Both teams are quite prepared to travel long distances yet this isn't in anyway reciprocated. This was Hull KR on Friday night, much longer journey then Shuddersfield and on an evening as opposed to a Sunday afternoon.

Put it this way, if you were that bothered about money you would have paid in advance and parked in the many places available for free, that would have brought your spend down to £93, I've just looked at the rhino's prices as an example and it would have cost you all £76 to go.

As you do not complain about Leeds prices you honestly think standing on an open terrace, with awful facilities is good value at £76.

We charge £17 more than that (for 5 of you that's only an average of £3.40 each) to have a seat, in a top class facility and with excellent views of the pitch.

Yes we charge more, but the grounds in super league are not equal and it just so happens that the highest price coincides with with the best ground (and one of the highest running costs), seems fair really.

If your annoyed at being over charged, take it up with Leeds, Wakey, Bradford and Cas first, they are the ones overcharging for the facilities they have.

let's be honest, we don't care what a few Hudds fans think, they get a season pass for tuppence and will have the coaching/playing squad that buys from next season.

I doubt Hull would have taken many more to be fair (under the exact same circumstances).

just to put things into perspective, bought two adult tickets today for leeds north stand seating which cost £27 each and a concession at £19! absolute rip off in my eyes, especially to sit in a stand that is crumbling around you! it was our choice to sit as we're fed up of standing in the rain at headingley every season though!

While were on the subject of hudds support if the exiles is going to work then surely the rfl have to look at holding the games in better places then huddersfield, they hardly turnout for their own games let alone turn out for england.

I know its upto all supporters to turn out and support england but if that was at the kc tonight the crowd would of been alot better, i would of certainly gone.
