Terrible, terrible player. I would rather play Nicklas in the halves, Lyne or Jack Briscoe at full back, Crooks at centre and Kent or Green at loose forward than sign McGoldrick.

Mcgoldrick is good in attack, but shocking in defence. He is certainly a player that has divided opinions of the Cas fans over the years. Been a good servant for us imo but the time is right for him to go. Suprised you have taken him on though (if true)

God forbid if he has signed a deal it is for NO more than just the end of this season.

Just don't see what he offers to the squad apart from a body.

If Horne is going to be our FB next year put him there until the end of the season and use Nicklas in the halves, although not ideal we could rotate him with Westerman, Whiting possibly even Herenaia for the short term of the remainder of this season.
