Agreed, we need to keep some sort of core to the team to work around. I like Seymour, his passing is very good when he's on his game, he tackles very hard and shows plenty of passion. I also expect his game to go to another level when Heremaia is fit.

I think Seymour has been doing a good job since he arrived. he is good in defence and can score the odd try.

Most halfbacks take a while to settle in and i reckon next season he will a lot more dangerous in creating trys

I've been saying for a while that we need a new 6 to step up to the next level. Horne is a good 6 but not quite good enough. My point has always been that he's the best 6 at the club, not that we couldn't sign someone better.

I remain to be convinced about him at FB mind. He's had some good games and some forgettable games. I still think he's a better 6 than FB, but now McKinnon's gone he's our best option there.

Really hope he stays for atleast another year. He's going to get better and better in the next few years and will be up there with the best props in the league imo. Also I reckon he's the best impact prop in the league bar none.

With Horne moving to full back and Seymour supposedly being allowed to find another club. I'd just like to kick things off, Finch & Dureau will be our 6 & 7 next year.

I think Dureau is a fantastic player and he is only 25. Would be very happy to sign him, but at the same time it would surely take a massive offer to lure him from the South of France lifestyle and a Catalan team that look a decent bet for a Grand or CC Final.

According to a poster on the Catalan forum Dureau is to be offered a new deal (3 yrs), it is on the 'rumours' thread mind you. Certainly wouldn't say no to seeing him in an FC shirt.
