Prefect opportunity to bring Charles in for Reynolds and just tell him to have fun without too much pressure. Nobody expects us to win anyway and hopefully the forwards look in a better position now to allow a better platform. I think they might go with Smiths experience though at 7 if Reynolds is ineligible.

Smith will probably be at Hooker instead of Houghton

If we play Smith at 7 then Grix head has exploded. I'm still hoping Cartwright is ok. That maybe wishful thinking. I hope Sao is ok and I'd start him at prop. Bench will be very inexperienced if not.

Been good for us Reynolds but would never have been a first choice player moving forward. For us, it really will be a Hull derby with academy prospects really at the forefront. I make about 10 players in our 17

Going to be a tough day against a very good rovers side but the future is bright.

This is a decent rover's team but I would not judge them very very good

The key is to slow them down but with all of the players left and missing with injuries it's a tall order. We've seen rovers looking completely inept when teams slow down their quick PTB. Let them get a roll on and they'll muller us

Have to say regarding Reynolds that losing him will be a huge blow as despite our reservations when it was announced he was joining us, he has played well and been an integral part of the turn around.

Best of luck to him, in a short career he has to look after himself and family and the security of a permanent deal is a priority.

Jack Charles as good as ruled out for Saturday, it will most likely be Smith in the Halves should we not dip into the loan market.

I’d be very surprised if we didn’t see Jake Connor at 6 for you on Saturday from the rumblings from some people ITK.

Fine for a loan, but not sure he’s the best head around the changing room especially with comments made etc. Easy for me to say as a non FC fan but surely worth just going with some youth and add another in to an excellent crop of youngsters coming through this year.
