Are we certain that the Berro 4th year option is his choice alone to make?

yep!!!!as long as he made a certain number of appearances-and he said on the radio a few weeks back that he had.so whether people agree or not,he's here next season.

Looks like there could be a few more players "available" from the storm. Maybe we could take Cameron Smith on loan while Berro's out!

If he did leave and with Yak retiring then I would utilise the extra quota spot on a halfback.

Fitz was awesome for 1 month. We flogged him to death and he's been injured and average for month 2. Not sure he could hack a 2nd year with us the way Agar uses him.

The way things are going I think we will have to let Fitzgibbon go, we need that quota place to sign someone who can create something and change the team.

Fitz is a great player, but I feel we have enough grafters for the team. Its a scrum half (can't see Long getting any fitter for next season) or a centre that we badly need.

I'd say the scrum half is most important. Even then though if they play to Agars tactics were knackered.

Ben Hornby please. Fullback or Halfback and we're desperate for both IMO.

I would try and release Berrigan and Lauaki if possible.

Sign another hooker John Clarke or Paul Mcshane etc.

Plenty of cover in the backrow without Lauaki if Tickle stays.

Sign a top centre and halfback.

Berrigan is here to stay, we are led to believe he had a clause in his contract where he automatically got a 4th year so long as he played so many games.

I would also keep Lauaki, and keep training him in the hope his aggression can be channeled and stop him giving so many penalties away. He is a unique player when in the mood, and one of our few attacking threats.

as for Tickle, I think we have to work very hard to keep him....can't see why any in form 27 year old would want to play for us at the moment.

I know it's not going to happen but I'd get rid of Berrigan and try and bring in a British hooker like Matt Diskin or like Dave K. said Jon Clarke. I'd use the free quota place to bring in either a classy centre or a creative stand off/scrum half. However, I still don't think Fitzgibbons new deal is 100% yet, due to Cusack going home and these niggling injuries he has picked up in the past month.

I would that Hull still have the last say on Berrigans clause, I would have hoped it was a two way thing.

Lauaki has not impressed me at all, apart from the first game, shocking disapline and more worringly his defnce is awful, cost us more trys this year than any other player. Now and again shows signs of what he could do it attack, but not enough to outweigh his downfalls. With a few players back he would be the first player dropped. (need to really change by picture).

I would sacrifice (with deep regret) Fitz for a player like Finch.

The only player I'd release fitz for is barba.

Watched Canterbuty and Brisbane this morning and that Barba was great when he came of the bench. Be an ideal player for us in the halves, he's a bit like Eastmond.

Berro could go for me. A good player but only deserved his "Band A" wage in his first year at club. Since then I’ve seen just as good hookers on half his wage in SL. Lunt is an example at Giants. Also frees up a quota spot.

Would give Lauaki more time. As for him costing us more trys than any other player, have you seen C Hall?

Cusack should be released early along with a few others so we can fill quota spot with Cooper Cronk or one of the Storm's superstar players surely going cheap. J Rule should be onto their agents faster than the disappearance of a bag of crisps in a weight-watchers convention.

How do you propose we pay up the remainder of Cusacks deal and also who do you propose plays in the front row as we'll only have 4 specialist props at that point? Would you move Long to prop for Cronk to play 7?

Get real folks. If we sign a SH next season and that's a big if, it will be a British one, someone like Robinson or Gale.

He wouldn't Paul, but like I say he's the only one we'd realisticly be able to afford.

I expect him to get some good nrl offers.

I'd be happy with one of them two to be honest. As back up for Long for 2011 or at stand off.
