I'm all for clubs working together to offer incentives for away fans.

Interesting that the report only mentions discounted coach travel for Bradford fans this Friday but the usual moaners have to turn this into a negative and ask where our discounted travel is.

Just be thankful the club are trying things to increase numbers at matches.

Not looking for either sympathy or a pat on the back but, with the exception of Catalans and London, Hull & Rovers fans have further to travel over the course of the season and always take big numbers - aside from playing each other, our nearest away game is Cas, nearly 50 miles away so it'd be great if we could get some cheap(er) tickets as well.

Having looked at the prices charged by the Wolves, I don't think your argument has any merit whatsoever.

Cheapest tickets are in the away stand, if your fans want to pay silly money to sit in the north (the premium stand) that's their fault

any teams that charge over £20 to stand are ripping off fans imo! couldnt believe we had to pay £22 just to stand at saints and behind the goals too!

ive no problem with the club offering juniors and parents to pay cheap prices, their parents probably spend more than enough on equipment, travel to games and fees for their kids, so any help is good and keeps them in the game, especially when we are up against premiership football and freebies from the east

Don't have a problem offering cheap match tickets I made the choice of buying a pass if it means we get a few more supporters then great

It was an offer made to a specific group, nothing wrong with that.

Shame it became public because there will be plenty who will now take advantage, and the club will be out of pocket.

If you think that's bad and are worried that someone somewhere is saving some penny's when in comparison to all the benefits you get on a pass plus the cheaper price per game it is penny's then you should probably give up. I've probably saved something like £20 from using my pass benefits already, not to mention the money I save per game every game as opposed to pay on the door.
Would of thought all 'fans' would like their team to capture young fans early and be building their support for future years instead of letting it stagnate and die!

I don't think it's the discounts that he has an issue with as such but the fact that the club said there wouldn't be any discounts and now it's come to light that there are discounts after all. That's how I read it anyway. I personally think that if it increases support then it's a good idea.

If your referring to the fanbassador a scheme it's not just a straight forward cheap tickets every game.

It's a link up between FC and local schools and clubs, a mutual partnership,
