The picture fiasco is a problem, but for me this is the agenda that should be pushed.....
1 Why is the SMC losing money?
2 Why is the (tax payer) stadium criminally underused?
3 Why is the (tax payer) stadium criminally overpriced?
4 Have other sports(baskeball etc) been priced out of the facilities?

I think additional arguments might dilute your main one. The Jonny Whiteley one is simple, legitimate and should have widespread support. Going after other targets is trickier and potentially more controversial. I wouldn't be opening other fronts at this point. fwiw.

In part, quite possibly, but not in it's entirity. Just think about the people that no longer use facilities at the KC and the revenue streams that have been lost.

The thing is, he can strip it all he likes. The council is not losing a penny and has only ever had small change as a dividend. The only people losing are the SMC. Let Hull City adn whichever of the Allam's companies want to prop it up do so. The council should say thank you for the philanthropy of running its facility at no cost to the local taxpayer. The stadium is maintained in line with the agreements put in place with the SMC - if they cant make money then they should sell the SMC to someone who can.

You need to look at the bigger picture and try reading the published accounts.

The SMC has only racked up losses since the Allams took over and while those losses have been posted, cash at hand has increased to over £1m. Hull City's book value has also tanked since Allam's take over: from being -£39m in 2010 to -£51m in 2012.

As I've said, this is classic MBO takeover strategy. His next move will be to "show" the council that the whole pack of cards is in danger of collapsing unless they "sell" him the KC and the adjoining land for a nominal sum. If that should ever happen, the only winners will be the Allam family
