I received a letter of thanks etc for buying/renewing a couple of weeks after taking my 4 pass renewals in to the shop and paying my deposit. The letter was signed from Tony Sutton.

They told me in the shop at the time of ordering I would receive some kind of confirmation through the post.

So no complaints from me.

"No complaints" I will now await my ban or accused of wearing my b&w specs.

Went into the Kc shop on the 7th of this month and paid for three passes, by cheque, still waiting for it to be cashed.

I wonder if they will extend the deadline for reduced price ?

Going to wait until next Friday to get mine to see what happens.

I expect they'll want the new scrum half signed before the end of the month then they'll extend the discount period

Good ploy by the club pick up your pass card in November from the shop when the new shirts are in stock gets customers in before xmas

I got no form, (first time ever mind) and absolutely nothing since.
I have a receipt that is supposed to get me my pass.
I think pearson needs to sort this aspect of the club out IMO,as it is becoming a joke. If I pay the club 220 quid + have the pass ready then. ENd of.

personally dont see a problem paid for my pass, service was excellent as usual, yes i got a receipt and was asked to bring it back as proof when the passes are available for collection in november didnt make me feel dissapointed i wasn't taking anything away with me

I think a few are getting a little precious for their own good. It's hardly an issue that passes have not yet been issued despite payment being taken, what would you do with your pass until February anyway?

If you book a flight on line all you get (from certain airlines) is an email which you gave to print and take to the airport to be able to get your tickets.

I would expect that Hull will get the majority of the printing of passes done in one batch to reduce costs.

On a different note I don't think it's a coincide that we are on the verge of signing Scott Prince with avweek of the discount period to go

It clearly states in the brochure that the cards will be despatched in November for sales before 27th October and January for sales after 27th Ocotber.

Got my pass paid today and was told as we have got them b4 cut off point we would go in first despact of passes in early november, job done I dont see the problem tbh , I think certain people just like a good old moan

Provided my pass arrives in time to get me in to the first game of the season I couldn't care less.

Find it hard to believe that as a passholder you don't get any discount in the club shop.

That's a highly complex arrangement for some peoples' little grey cells to handle.

I was the one who raised this issue and never once have I complained about not receiving my passes. If people actually read my comment instead of getting twitchy fingers reaching for the keyboard, all I expected minimum was a receipt. This I find is basic business. They can keep my pass and hand it to me as I walk in the turnstile on the first home game for all I care. Just pointing out I didn't get thank you , good bye , kiss my a*** , or anything. What if I were elderly or incapable and didn't understand if the application was successful or not? And then buy another by accident. It's common courtesy and professional.

Also receipts can be sent on emails these days. Easy.
