Think the last forum I attended Carl asked some very good questions, unfortunately they were pretty much swept over with a blast of stats by Agar, the fact the stats did not tell the full story were irrelevant.

they said that to lee Crooks , Tom Briscoe etc...... till they get a run no one will know but i can tell you that wether they are called Doncaster or not today they played fellow professional rugby league players and did well and right now thats a great start up the ladder of knowledge for the young mustangs in my book

Let me ask you a question.
would you honestly like to go to one of these fan friendly evenings and sit through a situation where smart arris fans are asking questions that are aimed to deliberately see our management in an uncomfortable place all night so the next day this forum can spout its bile from some and the press tear us apart thus undermining the whole structure of the club.
OR would you prefare to see a balanced meeting where stats and fun are the backbone of it for families and fans to meet the players and get a feel of the club
AND get a contact with the club that has rarely been in place before..

given a chance i would have Steve menzies for a year thats for sure!!!! and he is much older...
age means longer recovery periods however clubs factor that in with guys like SL, also recovery methods are better than they ever were

But as paying supporters we deserve our say and yes agree not all questions should be negative but they are some big questions to answer

I know we have some great talent coming through the ranks but some are just a few seasons off yet...Jack Briscoe played well against a very poor Donny side but I wouldnt fancy seeing him face a fired up Leeds side on the 1st home game of the season.

I would like to go and see the club actually answer questions that are difficult rather than skirting around them. These people are paid to do a job and we the fans pump in a hell of a lot of that money so we have a right to ask the 'uncomfortable' questions.
We have had a meet the players session, and the fun can be had elsewhere. I feel a fans forum is so the fans can ask the tough questions and expect to get honest answers.

I agree it was the right time to play him. What did not help was the poor performance all round, and the poor lad took the brunt of the criticism on here. We were struggling for players in the three quarters that week IIRC and it was a reasonable decision to play him.

Well, You pay me my wages for the night and I will come along and ask the questions. As for being a keyboard whiner, I don't think so.
