That can be a tricky one in a case like this, since he never ted some-one in the work place and his actions took place outside his working hours, so not subject to internal disciplinary, however once dealt with in a court of law it can then be dealt with in the work place via bringing the business into disrepute.

No they would not (seen if happen to a fair few posties over the years), it is in your employment contract as it is with most businesses.

Frankly the sentence is lenient, especeially as he pleaded not guilty and the judge obviously didn't believe a word he had to say.

If he was sacked he could have no complaints.

This is a perfect chance for AP to show the club has moved forwards and get rid him, both HKR and FC have had problems in the past regarding holding onto players for to long after been convicted of crimes.
