Bill Arthur was interviewing Millward and Martyn started his antics, the director obviously spotted it and went back to the field of play for a few seconds, as Bill continued the interview. When the camera panned back after Tommy had calmed down, Martyn obviously saw he was back in-frame on the big screen and started all over again. I thought Bill Arthur did rather well to keep his composure
