For example - in the desert campaign the vast majority of troops fighting under Monty were actually from the Empire - the ANZAC guys had been there since the start (believe that it was 41 Inf Div) fighting alongside them were numerous Battalions of India Inf units... Oh and if anybody cares to go the 'Commonwealth' cemetery in el alamein there is clear evidence of the sacrifice made by a group of people who followed the Jewish faith

Yes they agree with the trade union movement. They have in fact formed they're own, It's called Solidarity and surprisingly is swiftly growing in numbers. It specialises mostly in defending their members who are being hounded for being members of a 'legal political party'.

How did they get the name 'Nazis'? Was it themselves that called themselves that? Or was it the press? Have you ever seen any BNP member wearing a swastika etc? I haven't.

Some information for Peter Hain.... There are Indian members of the BNP in Burnley and Blackburn.

Finally I'd like to add, no, I'm not a BNP member but I have been to some of their meetings as I was interested in what they had to say.
I was astonished, from expecting a room full of fat skinheads, instead was OAP's, and 'normal people' like a lot of the people on here. They weren't full of hate but good natured and many of them well spoken and completely literate. There was a complete absence of any 'Sieg Heling etc...' ( such are the stereotypes).
I'd be interested how many people who have posted on here frothing at the mouth have been to one of their meetings or read there policies or website. Not many I'd guess.
So.....I can only deduce that most information comes from one source.... the ever true and honest tabloid.
I don't agree with everything they say....far from it. But they are more in touch with the average guy in the street's feelings than any other party.....for good or bad, it's a fact. And denying that IS dangerous.

The industrial estate I work on alone is full of immigrants working in warehouses and factories. This isn't because they are more skilful or hard working than UK staff, it's that they'll work for less and won't refuse to work insane hours in clear breach of the working time directive.
One leading supermarket's warehouse on there being the worst culprit.
Finally, one daughter.....5 hours trailing round town in shop after shop looking for part time work to sub her college life.....to be told by a Polish (or similar) lass in a shoe shop that they had no vacancies.....
Any wonder people are fed up and looking for alternatives?

BTW...have also been keenly observing the English Defence League that welcome Blacks and Muslims into their fold ( I'm such a racist) I'd be very interested to see what people's views on them are.
Especially after looking at internet footage of radical muslims attacking them on OUR streets and some of the comments they were making as they laid the boot in.

For the 2nd time I don't. But I can certainly see the point of view of a 58 yr old man who was made redundant from his job 6 months ago and now things have picked up has been told he can't have his job back as an immigrant worker will work for next to nothing and against the working hours directive.
