going through the fc squad, we have players who have played in the 2005, 2008 cc final and semis, also the 2006 gf, all this talk of experience in finals is just that, talk! leeds used the same methods in 2005 and look what happened!

With some good quality additions already added to the squad for next year and currently positioned in the top six of the super league, plus a new backer to be announced for next season i think we're doing ok.
However, Hull on the on the hand face having to at least get to Wembley to recover some of Pearsons financial outlay, otherwise Hull Fc could find itself looking at substantial financial losses next year.

Fabulous fabulous day what an honour it was to be in there amongst the best and loudest fans in the land, talk about the 18th man we sang em home yesterday. Top marks too to Standee who actually predicted the exact outcome before the game! Hotels booked on the journey home, video watched twice already, voice dissapeared altogether!! What a great feeling!

Me too Wilf and not forgetting some great backslapping and handshaking from the Wire fans on the way back to the car. I thought they were a set of Z but that changed my mind. Respect to them.

The lad that was carried away on a stretcher was my brothers mate Lewis, he had jumped up to celebrate Tom Lineham scoring and caught his knee on the chair in front and broke his knee cap. Poor kid didn't even know FC won until my brother text him on the way home.

Glad to say I was wrong, wrong, wrong about yesterday. With all the will in the world, I honestly couldn't see us winning yesterday. Thought we would give it our all before succumbing to a 10pt defeat. I couldn't see us scoring enough to win the game. How wrong I was

The guts, will to win, desire and determination was there in abundance and with the return of Holdsworth some genuine creativity in the middle of the park. Was more than a little worried at the 10 minute mark, but one moment of magic from Tom Lineham changed the entire momentum of the game in an instant.

Unbelievable atmosphere around us, but I never want to live through those last two minutes ever again. My nerve ends were utterly shot when the final hooter went

And now it starts all over again. On to Wembley, hopeing and praying that a lifetime's ambition is fulfilled on 24th August. If our attack can get some fluidity and cohesion to it in the next 3 games then i really fancy us to beat Wigan - if not, and we continue to mis-time passes etc then i dont think we will score enough points!
