We've got Moa who's non-fed but not on the quota(although not yet signed up) and Obst who's quota but fed-trained, this equals 1 Aussie basically.
Given our overseas spots were very "non-fed heavy" finding someone who [iis[/i Quota but fed trained is a good move.

OK, so what if we want a quota player to replace him as well?

I appreciate there is wiggle room, but I just don't see that Obst is good enough to justify having to think about that.

EDIT: Also, from what I've seen, Phelps is the better player. So if we were to line up 3 quota players and he did really well for us we may end up losing him in the same way Wigan did.

danny orr, I'm sure others would have been available if we'd offered a fee and not waited until the season started. agar has said that we could have signed players but didn't want to offer more than a 1 year deal
