They'd come for the right money Paul, it is what irks me about FC, we pay over the odds for journeymen players, if we are really operating at near full cap that is.

But when you are talking about superstars it's impossible to sign a few of them up, not with the cap to consider.

As for this seasons cap, we are nowhere near spending it, not even close.

How do Leeds and Saints manage to have a team of stars then, hell, even Rovers manage to have quality, we have G.Horne and Kingy!

Saints have players like Clough and Hargreaves in their side, every team has to have balance within the squad. That goes for ability and age.

Crocker and Carvell still wouldn't be here, Lauaki's visa wouldn't have come through any quicker and he would have still been injured when he got here. The injuries we've had would have still been sustained and any other coach would have still had the same players to choose from, probably with the exception of Thorman as I doubt anyone else would have signed him, even as the stopgap I believe we have signed him for. Trust me, I'm as disappointed as anyone this year and I do think Agar shoots himself in the foot on occasion, especially with subs rotation which can be baffling at times but his hands have been somewhat tied with regard to team selection IMO.

Agree, there are variables that would still have happened but i have issues with the way we have played aside from those facts. A decent coach would have motivated our existing players and coached them in a better way to get victories and performances out of some of the games weve lost these season.

Im in favour of a couple of A4 sheets stuck together, one side says AGAR OUT, the other SHARP OUT. Easy to get in as you can simply fold them then we all hold them up and let the baord see our discontentment.

The trouble with trying to organise anything on here is that RLFans is such a small percentage of our average gate that you'll struggle to make much impact.
