Liam Harris is a good lad and also has that little play up his sleeve. Is he ready for SL yet, that im unsure but what i do know is he wont be daunted by the challenge, a very confident amd vocal player

I seem a few comments to say he isn't ready, but often players thrive in better environments with better players, Janie Shaul struggled at York for example whilst on DR, but looked great when playing for us.

Harris with the likes of Connor, Griffin and our pack might might really impress in SL.

Yeh and if you don't give them the chance you wont know, watching the NRL this year, it's unbelievable the amount of times I've heard commentators saying "on debut" young lads given a chance.

Took his try very well and looked to be enjoying it in front of the Hull FC fans.

Think he looked solid today. A good up well in defence and good footwork and strength for his try.

There was more good than bad from him for sure. Obviously his try was the high light and we had some joy with the way he disguised the short crash balls to Mini. Hopefully more to come, but as debuts go it was a decent one, especially in those circumstances.

I think the established players, Westy especially, really provided the platform for Harris and ensured he wasn't put under too much pressure. For me, it was a classic protection display from the older players and they ensured Liam wasn't too exposed and put in the firing line which we have been guilty of with young half backs in the past.

Harris broke the Dons goals in a game and points in a game records yesterday with 15 goals and 38 points.

The Dons also equalled their biggest ever winning margin of 96, and got their most points in a game with 102

Sounds like he bad a stormer. Might see some action for us with Connor picking up a knock.

Hard to judge how good he and litten were against such poor opposition.

I'll be honest Harris wasn't the best player by any stretch, most of the kicks were under the posts. But as Dave says, very hard to judge cause it wasn't taking an awful lot to get through the line. It felt a bit of a waste playing him to be honest
