James Clark has no experience as a CEO of even a small sized company, so the expectation as alluded to upthread that he could take on the managerial/business side of what Motu Tony's role involved in my opinion isn't wise nor practical.

I concur with what Uppo said on the last page but in the end I wonder where all this general Manager stuff has come from he's a football manager and has done a fair job at that for which we should all be grateful. However has anyone ever tried to find out exactly what he does besides recruiting players? We have in Feke a very capable welfare officer who looks after the players needs and Lee is very hands on with that too so as Motu has chosen to leave we are grateful for his involvement and the footprint he has left on 2 of the greatest moments in Hull FC history and move on. For me its a massive opportunity to revaluate where we are and what we need to move forward. Old boy appointments are not always the answer though but we have to trust Adam. Just my thoughts!
