Marshall's obviously a huge part of it, but even without him they still commit runners and throw the ball around like few others. Things like the offload from Ellis not too long ago stick out still.

When you think back to when Gentle was over here it seems unlikely there were other "real" candidates. Not like the job was advertised as such and it seems as though Bomber thought Gentle was the man for the job.
