We won't, and nor do we really deserve one, IF what I am told Agar did then a VERY public apology should be forthcoming,as I say, this all depends what the evidence is and how it is presented.

Whats he supposed to have said? I do believe that it's an unfair system that Childs doesn't have any accountability or responsibility for what happened. Due to his ineptitude the match boiled over a couple of times, somebody could have been seriously hurt. Should he not face any reprimand for this?

You're talking about two different issues, one is the refereeing of the game and subsequent comments by Agar (charge 1), the second is Agar's alledged actions after the game and what went on with him and Child (charge 2).

The facts of charge 1 are public, and I'd agree, Agar was well within his rights to comment and Child should be held to account, as for charge 2, I doubt we'll get the truth anytime soon.

But Childs won't get any punishment, Agar will. That's unfair, both deserve to be reprimanded.

As for anything else, if what's been said is not in the public domain I fail to see how Agar has brought any code of conduct into disrepute. I really don't care if he called him Gareth Thomas' rent boy, if it was to his face in the tunnel afterwards. It's not been reported anywhere, just rumoured on here. If childs has a problem with it he should contact the police.

fair enough, if that kind of abuse is OK with you then it's not a problem, other people have different opinions.

That kind of abuse may not have even happened, and no, I don't condone it. But I fail to see how homophobic comments in (some form of) private domain can be punished by the RFL. It hasn't brought the game into disrepute as it hasn't been reported as happening. If this alleged abuse has taken place I would urge Mr Childs to report it to the police.

Aside from the fact the alleged incident was apparently witnessed by the match comissioner and several others. I'm not sure the "I didn't say anything" defence will work if that is the case tbh.
