If a fan is definitely going to donate the medal to the club (Or the club wants to purchase through a third party) then I would suggest that those parties make sure they don't start a bidding war as they are both on the same side as it were.
IF Johnny Boys intentions are in fact to give it to the club then as much as I'd love this I would not make any hostile bid against him. No point having a dick swinging contest to see who has the deepest pockets

I have awaiting the club coming back to me on this? They may be set on buying it themselves, in which case I have said that I will also refrain from any more bidding. |
