Hardly surprising if Agar hasn't lost the players, they know that as long as he hangs on to job by the skin of his teeth they can continue to collect their salaries for masquerading as rugby league players! How many of our players would actually get a contract elsewhere?

if agar has lost the players and their not following his game plan then it is more financially beneficial to rid ourselves of the one rather than the many AND HE SHOULD GO only imo of course

It's not so much about poor backs, it's the defensive structures which are poor, and Wigan didn't have to play particularly well to exploit them.

I will rephrase the question, how many of our players would actually command a contract at a Super League side on similar terms to what they are on here? Unless we are vastly over paying some of them I struggle to see how we can be anywhere near the salary cap when you compare our squad to the others in the top 8.

The squad in depth is not good enough, and his main men are old and injury prone, not rocket science.

I'm not commenting on the Agar out subject but listening to him blaming individuals errors etc for the tenth time this season without rectifying it as an issue is getting increasingly worrying.

We have 9 full time back rowers signed for next season and 10 backs!

Just my opinion of course. I personally think that Wigan, Warrington, Leeds, Saints and Huddersfield all have stronger squads that us. Am not sure whether Cas are at full cap.

Individual errors, the clue is there "individual", i am no fan of Agar but he cant run around after them on the pitch. They are professional players and should correct there own errors

I reckon we have the 6th best squad on paper - assuming everyone is fit. I'm confident that we are at or very near full cap.

You don't understand professional sport.

It's the coaches fault we have a negative points difference in 4th place, and his fault that attacking and defensive structure are light years behind Wigan under McGuire. This is McGuire's first season, not his 3rd, like Agar.

You do realise that practise makes perfect and the training should be specifically focussing on giving them the practise to rectify the mistakes? Individual errors over a sustained period of time without being rectified become more than individual errors. There's a bigger issue behind it that needs resolving.

He doesnt seem to understand that coaching improves performance thats for sure.
