There is so many to choose from inc the kiwis,toppo,knocker,sterlo,depends if its any particular era we are looking at doing.

Im sure a few suggestions wont go a miss,hes pretty good at owt like that is joe.

Been serious for a second i would suggest that Cookes 10 years service at Hull and Challenge Cup winning try gives him the edge over Peter Sterlings handful of games and Yorkshire Cup winners medal when it comes to being an FC legend.
Over their entire careers Cooke couldnt lace Sterlings boots.

That's lighting the fuse to an interesting arguement isnt it.

for me then having read through all the posts, il opt for horney,yeamo, hally and tom briscoe...I know people want legends on there but im going for the here and now.

I like what Arsenal have done at the Emirates Stadium. Players from across the decades linked arms over shoulders with their name and number on the back on their shirts.

It would take some designing but would be good to see the all time top Hull backline on one picture alternating with the all time top forwards?

Think you meant to put this the other way around and say that Sterling isn't fit enough to tie C**kes boots.

For what it's worth Sterlo is more of a legend than Judas will ever be - it's not always what a player has achieved at the club, it's about integrity and how they feel about the club ie loyalty / understanding the fans passion for the club and respecting that. Judas has as much integrity as one of my turds and will never get the legend status he could have had if he'd have seen out his contract - even if it was to jump ship to Rovers.

I like the idea of a Legends banner, however I've read a fair few posts from people who have quoted that this is a new era for the club and with this in mind maybe we should concentrate on on the squad we have here and now??? Just a thought!
