no, this would give us crabtree, carvell and burgess which is top heavy in props, i'm not a huge fan of westwood but he can cover the back rowers leaving us with 2 props on the bench plus a utility back. i think that team is just about the best we can do at the moment and an average age of 24

The point being i would of picked someone else over Westwood on the bench for the backrow spot.Infact i would of had Danny Tickle in rather than him to be honest but then again i am bias.

Pleased for Tom but don't see Crabtree has come in, surely Carv's was a better option.

I actually agree with Crabtree over Carvell, I think Crabtree has had a great season, imo he is more consistent.

My opinion is biased though

Pathetic...Tell me what Tom Briscoe has done not to warrant his place in the team?.Peter Fox would of come in before Gardner anyway.

Crabtree will offer more in the way of off loading , which will be important if are to have any chance of winning.

He's only played about 2 games all year

Gardner is a try scoring machine cos Gidley is inside him. Andrew Mighty would have chalked up loads outside of him!

Westwood and Crabtree are no where near this level. Carvell is proven at this level, had a good tour over there a couple of years ago. Jones-Buchanan should be in before Westwood, Gilmour and Wilkin are a class above Westwood too.
