Hornes passing to his right is terrible . How many times must he pass behind a player or straight to ground ?

Horne hasnt been good in the last 4 matches.

In terms of creating things he wasn't. He runs it orite but has no creativity.

He's still been better than Thorman.

He created Whiting's try with a kick. In fact he was our best kicker yesterday (not saying much, I know) and if Yeaman & Briscoe had shown any urgency at all we could possibly have had another try early on from a Horne kick.
In the last two games at least he's been the only one creating anything at all.

Whilst speaking to someone at the club last week I was told he is to be offered one yes.

I was also told the crocker money (when his deal falls through ) will be spent on a quality full back but it seems we may have filled this position on the cheap too now !

Im not having a go at Horne, im merely saying that its a bit blinkered for FC fans to be on Thormans back for under performing when Horne has done nothing special either.

I know the question wasn't aimed at me but the only game he's been better in for me and i've seen them all is the Bradford game.

And my point is that while Horne may not have been great, he's basically been doing his job [iand Thorman's[/i for the last few matches. Which is why I think he's escaping the criticism rightfully being aimed at Thorman.

If you can take the punishment, watch foxes try again and look at the effort in defence thorman makes after hall loses the ball, not good viewing at all

Neither could Horne, I rate Horne but as a runner with the ball. I don't rate him so highly creating chances.

So tell me all these opportunities he creates for others then? All he knows is a drop off to Tickle. He couldn't even give a decent pass to Hall on friday.

Yes he comes up with the odd good play but he doesn't do if often enough. Thats why we really need a proper world class scrum half alongside him. We struggle to create chances so a SH is a must not a makeshift one such as Thorman.

£3k a week is hardly expensive either (and it will be less than that all I've done is divide £50 by the remaining number of rounds)

Bollox. Richard Horne is a fantastic player, if the forwards dont vreate a platform for the halves how the hell can he create anything.
