Why do you think we had the 3:15 kick offs????? Rugby back in the days was head into pub for 12 drink as many beers before 3 then stroll into the game just as it kicks off.

Was talking to a friend last night and her brother who was an FC fan is now a Dobbin since they got in SL.  |

They will of been there before that. Just that as Boulevard was smaller, they couldn't fit in.
Rovers, on the other hand, had enough room to put their fans but they didn't go because they weren't fans back then.
I remember once, my brother, who is a neutral fan, had gone to a Rovers match before they got in SL. My mum took me to pic him up as I was only 9 at the time. Looking around the ground, it was more or less empty. |

Hull were averaging around 5000-6000 in the late 90's at The Boulevard. IIRC the ground held approx 12,500, so the other 6000-7000 were locked out every week for some reason then?!
Not having a go at Hull at all, because obviously you have a bigger fanbase then us and always will. All I'm saying is that no-one in the city can have a go at Rovers for having bandwaggon jumpers. Rovers have found 6000 fans in recent times, as have Hull, and so have City.
Don't see anything wrong though because another full house yesterday on Sky and with impeccable behaviour from both sets of fans shows two clubs and city in general in a very good light IMO.  |
