Whilst I agree with most of the comments with regard to Brett Seymour I wonder whether he can remain of the 'naughty step' for three years. Taking into consideration his past record it may prove rather hard.

The club better put a couple of these to one side for Brett.
I can see him getting some action in one of the Pink shirts.

Eastwood had his visa refused for speeding tickets. So you would think Seymour would be buggered! basically Eastwood had to wait till the points dropped of his licence.

He's already got a visa on basis that he has no convictions. He has to inform immigration about his change in circumstances when he arrives in uk and they then have power to revoke visa, and it's largely down to individual officers interpretations of rules. Certainly don't think it's as cut and dried as your chairmans trying to make out.

Hopefully Pearson or the responsible member of staff will have the contacts to get his entry to the country properly overseen in order to minimise any possible problems.

Three times over the legal limit probably means more like 8-10 pints though. Then trying to escape the police. Hardly a minor offence yet lots of morons on here seem to think it should be all just swept under the carpet just because he wasnt an FC player at the time.
