If he'd have stayed on it would have being "He's taking the mick and Agar doesn't have the balls to take him off" and he's gone off and you feel sorry for him. He is full right to be made into a scapegoat.

He's one of the worst number 7's I've seen and it's no wonder our attack is crap with players like him being a pivot. His terrible kicking and passing game put us under pressure, his mindless players like the kick out on the full on the third tackle do furthermore to do this. No wonder heads go down when the player who leads you around the park is utter crap.

I agree but only to the extent that it was poor management to select him in the first place. The guy is total dross and would struggle to get a game in the national leagues.

I am no thorman fan but to be fair to the kid he is made the scapegoat let's be honest only a couple had a go yesterday!

There may be more to this in any case, as some fans have reported seeing Thorman gesturing to the crowd just before Last ran on sub him. Possibly Agar did the right thing for once.

I'm no fan of Thorman btw, just think he maybe didn't deserve that (although maybe he did if what others are saying is true)

Thorman is not good enough and that is not a crime, he is in my opinion trying his best

It's not hard to see why players heads go down when you have this character leading you around and then swearing at fans or players when leaving the pitch. What a disgrace.

I wouldn't say there were 10 bad players. The likes of Raynor, Broughton and Yeaman were quiet but didn't really do anything wrong.

I would say the following players massively underpeformed and have done for a few games now:

G Horne
R Horne
Thorman
Radford
Tickle (but he has a broken wrist so I'll cut him some slack)

King, Cordoba and Lee at least tried imo but were pretty ineffective.

The only players who can walk away from yesterday with even a shred of pride are Moa, Whiting, Houghton, Manu, Burnett and Berrigan. When only 6 of 17 players are up to scratch you are not even going to come close to competing.

Ok so out of the 5 bad players (or 4 other than Thorman) 2 got subbed?

Don't really see where the 'bad management' thing comes into it. Thorman is rubbish, he has a negative impact on the team... Get him out.

I have never been a Thorman fan, anyone who looks at these boards can see his progress around the clubs. His tackling is next to useless, always has been,always will be he drifts in and out of games sometimes he can show brilliance. Alas Brilliance has become rare in recent years and he plods around the field aimlessly as he very little idea on what to do, he has no off field instructions that make any sense TO HIM OR US. He gets the bird from the clubs supporters and he responds

I think most of us would also respond to the abuse he has taken.

We all agree he is not up to standard and needs to move on, I do not think he is doing it on purpose.

Others are doing on purpose and these are the ones that need spotballing

Bad management would be if Thorman played next week. Third time Agar has took him off during the match in the past 2 months. Thorman offers nothing in attack, it seem's he doesn't want to be involved and for Rangi Chase's second try he just watched him run across him, making no effort at all. At one point in the season Thorman had to play as they was no one else, but now we have options, so they're no excuses for him to play now.

I'm not the one blaming bad management. Agar doesn't instill confidence in me, but he at least deserves a shot when he has more than 18 players (two of them not even Hull FC players) to choose from.

Agar probably does have the balls to drop players, but can't people see that there is no one to replace the dropped players?

But it's already happened twice! Why does he walk back into the team as if nothing has happened????

Well he did get dropped once but when Tony got injured he came back in. He won't play on Friday though.

I've got no answer to that. After that Leeds performance he shouldn't of been any where near the first team. Hall back next week along with Tansey so he has no reason to pick him.
