I will be happy with a coach that has a proven track record of winning things.

I originally wanted noble but IMO he's not the right man. We need someone from down under who has worked alongside the best for some time

If AP is serious about making us a top side, he needs to bring in a top proven coach, he is quoted as saying that the coach is the most important person at the club, so lets hope he backs up these comments and invests some serious cash, if we go British it has to be Noble,

it isn't just the head coach position, Last needs to go, as does Webster, get rid of everyone in the back room, physio, conditioners, doctor, the whole lot, start again with a team that are under no illusion of just what is needed, get the club playing the same systems from the kids to the first team, make the code of conduct and standards of behaviour the same across the board, breed a culture of professionalism and a desire to be the best of the best.

Brian Noble is not the answer.

Given our inability to turn excellent u20's into first team super league players, Royce Simmons would have been great for us.
As it is, Noble wouldn't be a bad choice, certainly an improvement on Agar. The problem with young Aussie coaches is after 2 years they want to go back to the NRL.
We need someone to implement an ethos at the club, a structure that runs from the u16's right through to first grade. For this we're talking 5 years minimum, which Australian coach is going to agree to that length of deal?

He best hurry up before he gets one in the post.

I doubt AP is particulalrly bothered about losing Rule, and I doubt even more that he really "knows nowt" about the game, people forget AP has been trying to buy FC since 2002, plenty of time to get contacts within the game.

It should be Noble, he has an exceptional record and has history of turning Wigan around with a similar squad quality to Hull. It'll take Pearson 4 years to turn your playing stocks around, noble will get the most out of the current squad and is the perfect fit.

Indeed, Noble is THAT GOOD that he is advising Halifax, there are reasons for this, as I have said, he is not the answer.

There are no positions available. What would you rather he did? Sit at home or take a temporary role.

In your opinion, a lot would disagree with your opinion he is the most decorated British coach, many believe he did nothing at Wigan they are wrong he laid the foundations. His record at Bradford speaks for itself, as does his record at Crusaders....He advising as there were no coaching vacancies within the game, also I have no doubt he would only accept offers on his terms.

Any of those three. I would prefer a more seasoned and experienced coach at the helm than a younger NRL assistant as there is greater risk of us being used as a stepping stone with someone as yet unproven. Also all of those know the lifestyle over here which would help. If Pearson wants to invest then this is where his money can be most effective and I reckon he could tempt a pretty big name over to Hull.

And what did it cost Bradford to achieve his record?

We can do better than Noble.

Whoever we get, it's not gonna be his team for a couple of years.....
