Not at all, I am saying we could sign anyone in the world and Radford would coach the talent out of them, we all want the same thing, FC winning games and, eventually silverware.

Well of course we do and most people don't believe Radford is the coach to bring us it but banging on about him on every thread is tedious.

My understanding is that he has already gone.

I think this is correct, not sure he is even training with the club.

crooks is a great talent and to let him leave, whilst spouting about developing your own players is a disgrace

He's only sort-of from Hull, son of Lee but brought up in Cas, and that is far too far away for this team of Hullards Radford is building!

Last night proved a point to me.

Those proclaiming Pryce is a good signing are nuts, even with the comment "he's the best of whats available"

We have to stop those "make do" "stop gap" signings. No more one or 2 season players, end of.

Anyone who thinks Pryce is the answer is barking up the wrong tree

It just seems there's never a set plan on how to approach different teams. Correct me if I'm wrong but every game I see of the nrl they play their 6 & 7 together on both sides with the playmaker wider who can make the better cut throat decisions..with fc they play the 6 & 7 on different sides with the play maker more in the centre and it makes us more predictable out wide. We have little/no dummy runners for the options and it's boring to watch. Pearson (I think) said Gentle was too soft which lost him the respect..it's the complete opposit end of the spectrum with Radford who slates certain players in public if they don't perform. Didn't he say to Crooks 'you can only train with us when you learn how to tackle' ? It should be the coach who teaches a young lad how to tackle and guide him through it not to shut him down and make him learn himself. If the rumours about him and Lineham leaving are true it completely goes against what he's consistently said about bringing through academy players. I would like to see Pearson gather the squad together without Radford and make them annonomusly vote whether he should stay or go, although that is very wishful thinking

We should be at least trying to get a fee, if we put Crooks on the transfer list it reckon a few clubs would be interested including a couple of top teams.

I think it's a massive mistake by the club as under good coaching structure he could become a top SL player, but there is a chance he could also go the way of Craig Hall and never live up to his potential

This is unforgivable. Completely pointless waste due to ineptitude. What's the point of bringing any kid through if due to our inability to coach them onwards they stagnate, go backwards or leave? It's pointless having a youth system at all if the right coaching isn't there once they make it through.

So much for the aftermath of the Luke Briscoe farce. There's no doubt Crooks will go, on to be a very good player under the right regime.

Agree worm. Crooks goes I won't be thinking how amazing Pearson is. He promised never again after Briscoe (luke)

If crooks and lineham go, it really will be the final straw for me. I won't even consider getting another pass unless there are some exceptional replacements signed.
