Training analyst has got a good job! according to the club our training is superb year after year so analysing the training is surely a doddle!

no attack coach
no player performance coach
no sports psychologist

There's a bit of obsession some have on here that we must have a full time coach for everything - not necessary. As I said before quality, especially at head coach level is more important. What is also very important and seems to be neglected in this discussion is the coach's input into player recruitment, development and retention as this has a real impact on the performance of the team. Anyone know how that is done beyond anything Motu does?

pretty sure there is a guy who owns a scaffolding company who is also on the coaching staff have seen him on game day in the dug out and pitch side etc ??

I agree that it should be quality over quantity. Sadly we are doing it the other way round.

I got mocked by people on here for suggesting we should employ a sports psychologist a few years ago.

Is Motu Radford's boss? Or does Radford report to AP?

I have the impression that both Adam & Motu report to Radford, which is the only explaination as to how he remains in the job.

1st team & academy scaffold support officer.

Not to sure , he helps in the warm up and stands touch line during the game with head phones on so must be passing on info to someone

Chris Tuson is Player Welfare Officer. Think we're more in need of a supporters welfare officer atm

I recall when we signed him, Radders at a fans fourm (remember those) stated how he really liked Tuson as he was a "goer" all Radders wanted was "goers" people who'd give it a go.

Sadly now Horne desnt play we only have one "goer" in Shaul.

As for Tuson, welfare support or summat

Welfare support? ?? Never heard of a job like it... id be amazed if any other club has one of these....... sounds like a job for the boys to me

I suppose the job description is something like, keep the kids on the straight and narrow, tell em not to do drugs or roids, only sup ale 6 nights a week, except if its in Lennys, then 7 is ok. Eat plenty of donner meat, do your homework, train like mad all week and have a day off on game day.

Now it makes sense

Like in all sport when things are going good everyone is on your side and singing your praises,then when things are against you people are calling for your head and questioning your methods,rather them than me - not for all the tea in china,hope all concerned at the club found the formula to turn things around,starting on monday !!!!
