Doesn't matter what the amount of the charge is as Hull FC have to pay the charge to the SMC whereas the owner of Hull City essentially pays the charge to himself as owner of the SMC. As a self proclaimed philanthropist and champion of sport and the community of Hull, Allam has yet to make any sort of contribution to Hull FC. Perhaps he could waiver this charge as a philanthropic gesture and evidence of his good will to Hull FC and the section of the community of Hull that supports it? I won't hold my breath!!
