I think the one who needs to be doing research is your good self. While I can't knock your passion for your club, after reading your forum for a number of months now, you, along with a few others have swallowed everything the bod has told you with the help of their willing stooge Adey, whilst people like Mystic Eddie and Jonesy had scorn poured on them for not toeing the line.

Look at how crowds dropped and merchandise sales fell with our previous board, when they were rumbled and the product was awful. The Bradford board needs to quit before the situation will improve, or you might as well shred the money and fire it from a cannon over the crowd

I've done my research mate. I did it at the time too. At that time, with the facts available, there was no reason to believe we were being misled. The reason ME got knocked down so frequently is that in the past he has knocked just about every good thing to come out of Odsal, but he has been proved right on this occasion.

I am not happy giving my money to the same idiots that got us into this mess, but there is no other realistic alternative at this point in time. It's all well and good saying wait for administration and use it as a fresh start, but it could backfire and be the end of the club. Odsal is a huge drain on funds, and the only investor interested is only interested to move us to VP and put is second in line to a mediocre football team.

The way I see it is I need to help my club survive first, then we can look at ways to move forward after that. I'd rather have a SL club with that fool in charge rather than a C1 side run by the fans. I know some may disagree, but I couldn't bear to watch the hard work we've put into Whitehead, Bateman, Koppy etc go and help another team do well.

Yer, that bits not very nice at all, much like when the bulls came and took Radford when we was in that position.

I'm not talking about one decent player going. I'm talking about a whole crop of talented youngsters who the club have put time and effort into and who want to play for Bradford but may have no other choice.

I remember when the Bulls where flying high, with a squad full of highly paid players being involved in most major finals.
How much did they invest in the youth system in those days?
Not much, Noble & co instead preferred to spend all their funds on big name players.
At that time our club was struggling to stay afloat, & the poor Bulls club came & tempted Radders away from us & also our best player for a long time in Tevita!
So whilst I do feel for the Bradford fans at this time ( no fan deserves this), I have no sympathy with them moaning about other clubs circling around their young stars.
What goes around comes around, & after bad management those young stars could be the clubs best assets & only way of staying alive.
Harsh but true & we should know cos as I mentioned earlier we've all had to go through it.

You are asking fans of other clubs to bail out your sorry Bod AND keep your best players together.


When your Bod started virtually giving season tickets away plenty of folk said at the time that it was not a sustainable business plan, only to be told in no uncertain terms that they didn't know what they were talking about, and that your fans and board would prove them wrong.
Well I'm sorry but I find it a bit rich that you want others to step in with cash when your own fans were only willing to part with a paltry amount for a season ticket and some even make money for themselves by offering the extra ST's they bought to away fans.
The bulls should be prepared to sacrifice a few youngsters to stay in business, before they ask fans of other teams to pay for their incompetence.
